Gradient use of grey cloth

The rational use of blanks based on the quality of grey cloths and defects is a good way to facilitate the rational use of grey cloth resources. Of course, this is only an ideal situation. In the case of the allocation of grey fabric resources, the following points are available for our reference.
(1) Bleached blanks, light color blanks: Gray cloths with relatively serious oil stains are not suitable for bleaching or light color blanks. It is also not suitable to make bleaching and light color blanks for many colored yarns. Otherwise, the workload of manual decoration is too large, which will increase the cost. The use of black fabrics with these two kinds of defects will have a relatively small effect on the processing of dark colors and the use of dark printed fabrics on the floor.
(2) Staining blanks: After the dark colored blanks are dyed and processed, the different fibers will be exposed. Therefore, the gray fabrics with more than the different fibers should not be used as dark blanks. Otherwise, the workload of manual decoration is too large, which will increase the cost. The surface of the twill fabric with a large tightness is more sensitive, for example, the incoming billet is compressed by an oil-packing machine and will produce a marked crease. The most severe crease is called a dead-mark. These dead marks can not be completely eliminated by dyeing and finishing (including mercerizing), especially through roughening. Textile mills often disregard this issue, but the impact on the quality of dyeing and finishing products is indeed objective. Therefore, we must also pay attention to such defects. The fundamental method to solve this problem is to urge textile mills to change their packaging methods, change hydraulic packaging to roll packaging, or use large roll volumes to solve the problem completely. Of course, if a fabric with a large number of different fibers and a large amount of dead marks is used to change to a bleached cloth and a printed cloth, this problem will not significantly affect the quality of the finished product.
(3) Printing blank: Relative to bleached cloth and dyed cloth, because the pattern of the printed cloth has a certain hiding effect on the gray fabric defect, it also depends on the pattern and cannot be generalized. If the pattern is very small, the pattern of large white areas and bleached fabrics have little difference in the degree of covering of the blanks, while the pattern of the small areas of the entire floor, such as small floral patterns or white scattered patterns, is more complicated than the patterns. The prints are difficult to find, and the impact of such defects on the quality of the printed cloth on the floor is limited.
