Overview
Also known as tar paper, felt. One for waterproofing. Water, plugging common building materials. The raw materials used are vinylon, polyester or blended fibers, and are produced by non-manufacturing processes such as acupuncture, acupuncture hot melt, and acupuncture hot rolling. The basic mass of the base fabric is generally 80~250g/m2. The manufacturing method is that the non-woven fabric is dip-coated with molten asphalt or a mixture of asphalt and synthetic latex, and talcum powder or sea sand is added on the surface. After cooling, cutting into a roll is oil felt.
The traditional production method of oil felt is to use oil felt raw paperboard produced by paper mills using rags as raw materials as base material, and dip-coated with asphalt. The oil felt made of non-woven instead of paperboard has better tensile strength, edge tear strength, bending resistance and corrosion resistance, and therefore has better waterproof, waterproof, and plugging effects than paperboard felt. The service life is also much higher than the cardboard felt.
