1 Richcel performance and characteristics of high wet modulus fiber
1.1 Fiber properties and technical process characteristics Richcel fiber has all the technical characteristics of Polynosic fiber (A.I.P), belonging to BISFA. A type of Modal/CMD high wet modulus fiber. The fiber is made of ecologically pure wood pulp imported from Japan and is completely biodegradable. The production process of the fiber is characterized by high-esterification, high-viscosity viscous collagen solution in a multi-component, low-concentration low-temperature coagulation bath; in the order of solidification-stretching-regeneration; Safe and environmentally friendly; the recovery of lye uses Singapore membrane separation technology.
1.2 Fiber properties, specifications and fabric effects Richcel fiber has high breaking strength, small elongation at break, low water absorption, good fabric morphology stability, good alkali resistance, and can be subjected to mercerizing treatment when blended with cotton. Richcel fiber fabric is moisture-permeable and breathable, soft and smooth, with body bone, good drape, excellent elasticity, bright color and luster. Its specifications are: linear density 1.1l~5.56dtex, fiber length 36 ~100mm, can be purely spun, blended or interwoven.

2 Introduction of Spinning and Weaving Process of Richcel Fiber In the spinning and weaving process, the fiber should pay attention to reduce mechanical impact and friction, prevent fiber entanglement and entanglement, and ensure that the channel is clean, smooth and burr-free. For each process, the following process principles can be adopted:
a) Blooming process: It is advisable to grasp less and catch less, loosen more and less, collect more and less, mix more and roll less, use combing needles, and implement the principle of low speed, large gauge and anti-adhesion.
b) Carding process: It is advisable to adopt the principle of “light weight, low speed, fast transfer and small pressurization”.
c) Drawing process: It is advisable to adopt the principle of “heavy pressurization, medium quantification and large gauge”.
d) Roving process: It is advisable to adopt the principle of “heavy pressurization, appropriate large twist and slow speed”.
e) Spinning process: It is advisable to adopt the principle of “slow speed, small rear zone drafting ratio, large rear zone roller gauge, small jaw spacing, medium pressure”.
f) Winding process: It is advisable to use an automatic winder to reduce the speed of the vehicle and reduce the yarn tension. The electronic yarn clearer process is tightly controlled.
g) Warping process: reduce the yarn tension, make full use of the excellent performance of advanced equipment, and make the warp tension uniform.
h) Sizing process: Refer to the slurry formulation and sizing process of ordinary viscose, the main purpose is to append the hairiness and increase the wear resistance; the high-yarn yarn pays attention to enhance the stretch.
j) Weaving process: the tension of the machine is too small, the relative humidity of the workshop is lower than that of cotton, so be careful to prevent oil stains and stains on the cloth surface.
3 Richcel fiber knit product This fiber is the best raw material for knitted fabrics. Its fabric feels soft and smooth, absorbs moisture and perspiration, has excellent skin-friendly and comfortable feeling, and has excellent elasticity and shape and dimensional stability. It is a high-grade knitted fabric. The knitting design principle is:
a) Pure spinning is the best choice;
b) combined with elastic fibers to create high-elastic, comfortable underwear;
c) Blended with cotton, medlar, cashmere and soy protein fiber and other functional fibers, weaving knit products that are breathable, soft to the touch, smooth, warm, antibacterial, anti-ultraviolet and other health care functions.

4 Weaving products of Richcel fiber Purely spun high-density plain fabric is steamy, flat, delicate and smooth. Pure-spun yarn and polyester interwoven plain fabric are flat, fine, smooth and wrinkle-resistant. Pure-spun twill fabric is thick, steam-permeable, warm, and has good crease resistance. It is made of high-twist yarn and has better drape and elasticity. Pure-spun jacquard fabric is breathable, thick, full, soft and bright. Blended with cotton and hemp, after alkali and biological enzyme treatment, it can produce light and thin fabrics and home textile products with smooth surface, smooth, smooth, stable size and low cost. Blended with fine wool or cashmere to produce a thick, full, warm, elastic outer garment fabric. Blended with other synthetic fibers and elastic fibers, it can produce garment fabrics that are moisture-permeable, vapor-permeable, soft to the touch, smooth, bright in color, lustrous, and dimensionally stable.
