Outer Cotton: As a result of the reduction in the price of cotton in reserve, the change in the policy of placing cotton reserves is more objectively conducive to the purchase of cotton resources by the purchasers of textile enterprises; and the time for obtaining quotas after the quota is allocated will be delayed by one month. Before the July delivery, quotas for spinning companies to reach their hands were very limited;

Cotton Yarn: Because of the short digesting period, the cotton yarn market has been affected by a large number. Both imported yarns and domestic yarns have fallen. Companies with large stocks have suffered large losses, and due to price reduction expectations, products are even more difficult to sell. The company expects that the short-term pain of cotton yarn will be inevitable, and there will be a period of confusion. At present, many textile companies have adopted more orders for blended fabrics to minimize the use of cotton. However, the New Deal has little impact on the high-stakes and high-spending industries, because high-end companies do not have much inventory, and use cotton to import Australian cotton and American Pima cotton, and the added value of products is high.

Today, a textile company received a notice from the local Development and Reform Commission that the contents of the notice were mainly related to the allocation of reserve cotton deposits.
